Call for abstracts

Submission guidelines

  • Please submit your abstract(s) online, by using the online Abstract submission form. Abstracts sent by email cannot be accepted.
  • Abstracts must be submitted in English (If you are not a native English speaker, you are advised to have your writing reviewed by a native English speaker before submission).
  • The presenting author of the abstract must complete registration for the meeting.
  • Abstracts should preferably contain previously unpublished results.
  • Each registrant can submit maximum two abstracts for evaluation.
  • No images, tables, graphs, citations or end notes are permitted in the abstract.
  • Active promotion of commercial entities, products or services is not permitted.
  • Abstracts must be no more than 400 words, excluding title, authors, and affiliations
  • Required headers:
    Case Report: Introduction, Case Description, Discussion, Conclusion
    Original Research: Background, Methods, Results, Conclusion
  • Abstracts that do not meet required structure will be rejected.
  • You can select your preference between oral or poster presentation, or state that you have no preference. Please note that the Scientific Committee will make final decisions regarding acceptance of the abstract and the type of the presentation, considering scientific value, author’s preferences and program limitations.
